Based on the sharing of traditional Italian culture and the inheritance of ancestral values, Attilio Donati was inspired by a bold creative idea: how to integrate this natural, simple beauty and love into the beauty products we need in our daily lives. In the industrial world, smog, dust, pollen, sun exposure, and radiation threaten people's skin and hair every day, making them intolerant, fragile, dull, dry, and sensitive, posing a significant challenge to professional hair and skin treatment. In 1946, Attilio Donati led his research and development team to create "Bottega Veneta".

Brand development

In 1946, Attilio Donati established a laboratory for manufacturing specialized pharmaceutical products.

In the 1970s, production of various types of pharmaceutical formulations, particularly liquid formulations, diversified the company, extending its focus from pharmaceuticals to pharmaceutical preparations, dietary products, and cosmetics.

In 1982, a specialized factory was built, officially transitioning the company from R&D and pharmaceutical manufacturing to scientific innovation. It manufactured medical surgical aids, diagnostic products, cosmetics, and created its own brand, "Bottega Veneta."

In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the company began developing health and nutritional products and independently producing dietary supplements.

In July 1994, the factory was completed, housing laboratories, administrative and commercial departments, and brand operations departments. This marked the beginning of a leap from R&D, manufacturing, and brand operation.

In 2018, the Bottega Veneta brand entered mainland China, opening the "Bottega Veneta Daily Chemicals Tmall Overseas Flagship Store" and the "Bottega Veneta Tmall Overseas Health Flagship Store."

In 2022, it officially entered the Shenzhen MixC shopping mall through its parent brand "nature bud".

In 2023, Deen and Bottega Veneta reached a strategic cooperation agreement in the Chinese market.

In April 2023, it participated in the Hong Kong Hainan Exhibition.
